Who we are
Grow in EMEA is the trading name of a market-entry and expansion consultancy with offices in Malta (HQ), Dubai, and the United Kingdom. The Malta entity is the data controller for the website and primary inbound channels.
What we collect
Two sources, both narrow.
- What you give us. Name, company, email, phone (if you provide it), and the contents of the message you send via the contact form or by email.
- What the site logs automatically. Page views, referrer, device class, and country, via a privacy-respecting analytics tool. No fingerprinting, no third-party advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to keep a record of correspondence as long as the engagement is active, and to understand which sections of the site are useful enough to keep updating. That is the entire list.
Where it lives
- Inbound notes and email: stored on Google Workspace (EU region) under our own tenancy.
- CRM record (if we open one): stored on a self-hosted CRM in an EU data centre, under our control.
- Analytics: aggregated, anonymised, processed within the EEA.
We do not transfer personal data to jurisdictions without an adequacy decision unless the transfer is necessary to deliver a service you have asked us to deliver, and we tell you in advance.
Who sees it
Inbound notes are read by the partner group only. We do not share contact details with client companies, partners, or third parties without your written permission. Service providers (email, CRM, analytics) process data on our instructions under written data-processing terms.
Your rights
Under GDPR and equivalent regimes, you have the right to ask us:
- What we hold on you, and to receive a copy.
- To correct anything that is wrong.
- To delete what we hold (subject to legal retention obligations).
- To stop processing while you challenge what we hold.
- To port your data elsewhere in a structured format.

Cookies
We use a single first-party analytics cookie that stores nothing personally identifying. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. If we ever change this, the banner on the site changes too; we do not bury consent.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we publish the new version with the effective date above and, where the change is material, we email anyone who has an open engagement with us.
