№ 01 · The firm

Eleven years of
opening doors
between markets
that should already talk.

Grow in EMEA was founded in 2015 by operators who had watched too many good companies stall at the first border. We are still small, still boutique, still on the ground.
№ 02 · Who

We are advisors who carry the work past the deck, investors who pick up the phone, and operators who have signed the lease in cities most consultants only visit. We work a single corridor: Eastern Europe, Türkiye and the Middle East. And we work it deeply.

№ 03 · Practices

Two sides
of one table.

We do not separate the strategy from the execution. The plan is written by the same people who then sit in the room and deliver it. One team, start to finish.
A · Advisory est. 2015

Cross-border strategy.

Market entry, licensing, joint venture structuring, and interim local representation for operators moving into or out of the EMEA corridor.

  • 01Regulatory strategy and filings across MFSA, FIN-FSA, DIFC, ADGM and partner regulators
  • 02Partner sourcing and joint venture structuring
  • 03Country manager and senior placement
  • 04Board representation and interim directorships
B · Operating est. 2017

Boots on the ground.

Once the plan is signed off, we run the launch ourselves. A standing local team across B2B SaaS, regulated fintech, retail-tech, gaming and consumer goods, in place until the client can take the seat.

  • 01Local incorporation, banking, and payroll set-up
  • 02First hires and office stood up on the ground
  • 03Hands on the work, never absentee on the mandate
  • 04Warm EMEA introductions on demand for clients

Eleven years,
counted honestly.

We update these quarterly. We add the ones that hurt as readily as the ones that don't.

Founders
we've backed.

Alongside the consultancy, we invest our own capital as an active angel, across twelve companies in five sectors. We hold equity in these names, not client mandates. Several are advisory clients too.

№ 07 · Principles

Four
principles
that pick
our clients
for us.

№ 01

Strategic clarity.

If a one-page memo cannot defend the move, we go back to the drawing board. Decks come later, if at all.

№ 02

Execution over advice.

Every engagement ends with something shipped, signed, or licensed. Recommendations alone do not count.

№ 03

Long partnership.

Average client tenure is measured in years. Several first-year clients are still on the roster.

№ 04

Aligned incentives.

Where it makes sense, we tie our fees to the milestones we deliver. Shared stakes keep the conversation honest.

№ 08 · In the room

Where we
show up.

A short list each year. Quality of conversation, not count of badges.
